Review Of Twisted Marriage

Wow...just wow. This book was everything I had hoped for and was expecting. Smoking hot and so very relatable and believable featuring one of my all time fav couples - Easton and Elle. It picks up right where the first book ends and follows the aftermath post the threesome between them and their best buddy - Aaron. I was really very curious to understand how the next day plays and what their next plans will be and this book explores everything in such a thorough, entertaining and believable manner. The subject of 'swingers' is hard to write about, considering it's still foerign and I am taboo especially in a healthy marriage. the scorn of the society aside, even for the couple it's not easy to talk about and that's where Elle and Easton truly shine. They communicate about everything no matter how difficult and awkward the conversations are. They are so open, understanding and such good listeners, and that's what makes them such a good, and relatable couple in my eyes. It's not just their chemistry in the bedroom but also the way they converse, gel with one another and also the truth they have that makes them such a perfect couple. Their relation Dynamics and 'sexual desires and endeavours' are beautifully explored in this book. Everything feels so real..daily conversations between couples, the usual problems of coming from a middle class social strata and it's these small ups and downs and happenings that make this story so entertaining and engaging. The whole 'swinging and threesome' aspects that does it make it spicier and sexier, but it's the very characters - Elle and Easton who steal the show. It's so much fun to read about this couple and how no matter what they always find their way to each other and don't let anything or anyone else come in between. There are lot of other elements in this story - the storyline of Brad and Julia, as well as the new dynamics between Chelsea and Aaron and they seamless blend with the storyline and add further drama but it never feels over the top. The pacing is also perfect with something interesting happening in every chapter. Though overall it was wonderful only thing I have a small complain about is the ending. The story didn't have a conclusion as such and though it wasn't an open ending, it didn't feel 'complete'. There were a lot of takeaways but I am not sure where they will go from here and what's in-store for out couple from this point. Overall one of the best series of the year for me. For the series as a whole I would give 4.5 stars.
